Worst company I have ever seen very bad customer service!!! Please people be aware or even better stay away from this company. My husband and I order a kitchen cabinets and we specifically told the 1st person (the estimator) where I wanted the upper cabinets, but on the contract he wrote a different measure from the one that I gave him. Today they delivered the cabinets and now my kitchen is a completely disaster, because of the measures they got it doesn't fit where I wanted. Now they say is not their fault and they cant do anything about it, that I should've have read the contract. Even after when the estimator accepted it was his fault, the MANAGER said he was NOT RESPONSIBLE of the error his employees caused. Meaning the people they have working there are completely INCOMPETENT and definitely NOT TRUSTWORTHY If I would've known how they work the way they do I would have gone to another place, I think Home Depot would've been a better option than this company, oh and not to mention the price EXPENSIVE of $5,000 and such of a bad customer service!! It is not worth the money. Please before contacting this company, make sure you do your research first and read every little detail ont their contract. I usually don't leave comments or reviews, only for 2 strong reasons 1.Very happy with the service or purchase and 2. Worst service. I don't want you to happen the same that happen to me, please be ware.
La peor compañía que he visto muy mal servicio al cliente! Por favor, la gente tenga en cuenta o, mejor aún, aléjese de esta compañía. Mi esposo y yo pedimos un gabinete de cocina y le dijimos específicamente a la primera persona (el estimador) dónde quería los gabinetes superiores, pero en el contrato escribió una medida diferente de la que le di. Hoy entregaron los gabinetes y ahora mi cocina es un completo desastre, debido a las medidas que obtuvieron, no encajan donde yo quería. Ahora dicen que no es su culpa y no pueden hacer nada al respecto, que debería haber leído el contrato. Incluso después de que el estimador aceptó que era su culpa, el DIRECTOR dijo que NO era RESPONSABLE del error que habían causado sus empleados. Lo que significa que las personas con las que trabajan allí son completamente INCOMPETENTES y definitivamente NO SON DE CONFIANZA Si hubiera sabido cómo funcionan de la forma en que lo hacen, habría ido a otro lugar, creo que Home Depot hubiera sido una mejor opción que esta empresa. ¡Ah, y sin mencionar el CARGO de $ 5,000 y el mal servicio al cliente! No vale la pena el dinero. Por favor, antes de contactar a esta compañía, asegúrese de investigar primero y leer cada pequeño detalle en su contrato. Por lo general no dejo comentarios o reseñas, solo por 2 razones importantes 1. Muy contento con el servicio o la compra y 2. El peor servicio. No quiero que pase lo mismo que a mí, por favor, tenga cuidado.
